Vicente Boria-Esbert is a Doctor of Telecommunications Engineering, and since 2003 Professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), where he directs the research group on Spatial Applications of Microwaves. Since 2010 he has been president of the Executive Commission of the Valencian Space Consortium (VSC), a public body that develops R&D in the design and experimental validation of equipment for satellite communications.
