Isabel García Muñoz is a Member of the European Parliament since 2019, when she was also elected to the Cortes de Aragón and in the municipal elections of her town, Muel. García has a degree in telecommunications engineering and, for 10 years, she was in charge of the biomechanics laboratory at the Aragon Institute for Engineering Research (I3A). As the only Aragonese MEP in the 9th legislature, she is a member of the Transport and Tourism Committee and the Budgetary Control Committee.
