Chris Heley

Chris has been involved in running the Urban Mobility Partnership
since it was founded and runs the day-to-day activity of the partnership. Chris is directly responsible for overseeing all of UMP’s growth, development and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Chris oversees all of UMP’s political engagement strategy at a local and national level and the development of the partnership’s public policy.
