Batteries, end-to-end, the real challenge: from manufacturing to second-life proposals and recycling
The real challenge of batteries, from manufacturing to second-life proposals and recycling, is to ensure an end-to-end supply chain. This includes the production of batteries, their use in vehicles, their repurpose and the management of their end-of-life. To achieve this, it is necessary to develop strategies that guarantee the sustainability of the entire process. This includes the use of renewable energy sources in the production of batteries, the implementation of efficient and safe charging systems, and the development of second-life proposals and recycling plans. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the materials used in the production of batteries are recycled and reused in a responsible manner. Finally, it is essential to create incentives for the adoption of electric vehicles, in order to reduce the environmental impact of the entire process.
